Our Story

From a home kitchen to New Holstein's favorite bakery

Toasty Oven Bake Shoppe began with a simple conviction: that the best bread and pastries come from patience, quality ingredients, and a genuine love of the craft. What started as weekend baking for neighbors and friends grew into a daily ritual for our community.

Today, every loaf, croissant, and tart is still made from scratch each morning on Kiel Road. We source local dairy, mill our own flour blends, and bake in small batches so nothing leaves our oven without our seal of quality.
